The exhibition will be held at the 4-H Building on the Russell County Fairgrounds. The entries can viewed by the public October 14 & 15 from 9 AM until 9 PM and October 16 from 9 AM until 4 PM. Art media includes oil, watercolor, acrylic, sculpture, pastels, photography, ceramics, and computer generated works. This years show had 162 amateur works and 171 professional works for a totl of 338 entering. There were 109 artists from 35 different cities across Kansas showing at this years review.

Since 1969, the ROAR Show (Russell’s Original Art Review) has given Kansas artists the opportunity to show and sell their work as well as compete for prize money. Visitors last year viewed over 250 works of art by professional and amateur Kansas artists in categories including paintings in oil techniques, paintings in watercolor techniques, other two-dimension, sculpture, pastels, photography, computer generated or manipulated original composition, and ceramics.
